Format->Page allows setting borders around the page margin. Both "OK" and
"Apply" buttons are offered. However, after setting a border and clicking
"Apply", the borders can not be removed with a subsequent "Apply".
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. In Writer: Format->Page->(Borders tab)
2. Click the 2nd "Line Arrangement" for borders on all 4 sides
3. Click Apply
(borders appear on the document)
4. Click the 1st box (no borders)
5. Click Apply
ACTUAL RESULTS: Nothing happens (in step 5).
EXPECTED RESULTS: Borders should be removed.
Note: The other "Line Arrangement" _do_ work, i.e., you can remove some of the
borders. But you can't remove all of them using a second "Apply".
Exiting and restarting the Page Style editor makes it work again (for on
"Apply")
