We can't get absolute confirmation of enhancement requests of every bug (that would be horribly time consuming for over worked developers). The other point is if this is not an enhancement request then it would qualify as a MINOR bug (slows down professional quality work but does not prevent it) - therefore, if you feel more comfortable with it being marked as a bug, please mark it as MINOR - LOW.
