Open in both pre LO3.4 and post LO 3.5 to see the problem.
Open attached file in LO <3.5 and you will see a graph at the top of the page.
On the bottom of the page I pull out just the outline frame. Open in LO 3.5 and
you get just a black box for both. This is clearly a regression.
