Robinson Tryon (qubit) <[email protected]> changed: What |Removed |Added ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Status|UNCONFIRMED |NEEDINFO CC| |[email protected] Ever confirmed|0 |1 --- Comment #1 from Robinson Tryon (qubit) <[email protected]> --- (In reply to sarojinip from comment #0) > expected result: when I type a word and end with special character without > giving space or with giving space spell checker should indicate the mistake > with a red line indication I'm not entirely convinced that LibreOffice should behave this way... > step1: open liber writer > step2: type any word or sentence > step3: end the word or sentence with except(.) use any other special > character What would you consider a "special character" ? > step4: word ended with special character should indicate error by > underlining with red line at the bottom of the word > step5: for example end the word with , without giving space In the English language, it's perfectly natural to immediately follow a word with a comma, as I just did twice in this sentence. Please attach a test document demonstrating words ending in special characters that aren't being spell-checked properly (the "followed!to" bit definitely looks like a bug, but I'd like to see the source document myself). Status -> NEEDINFO (after you attach the test document, please change status back to UNCONFIRMED. thanks!) -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
