--- Comment #3 from [email protected] --- "Off" is the state when then Ubuntu 14.04 LTS hibernates so the CUPS server can't respond to any request and so the ping. When it happens, LibreOffice Calc on the windows clients have this annoying bug when opening documents : they wait the IPP server online, and have a long timeout when the server is not.
