Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new HTML document
2. Insert a few words of text and an image
3. Edit the source using View - HTML Source, and change the paragraph of text
(staying clear of the text of the embedded image)
4. Go back to Web Layout
Expected results
- Image is intact
Actual results
- Image is broken
(For reference, the current behaviour of always embedding images was introduced
in bug 63211)
