Under Tools > Options > Libreoffice > Personalization > Own Theme > Select
Theme
there is no field for the user to paste a direct link to a user selected theme.
The user is therefore limited to choosing one of the 9 results for each
category button or the one of the 9 top results of the Custom Search.
This is a regression in functionality from 4.3
