1-page slide with broken formula
Opened impress file and double clicked on equation but formula editor did not
appear. Impress appears to think it is a picture?
Example page attached. This was created with impress more than 1 year ago, was
recently edited & saved, now broken.
Similar problem now appears for 150 page course notes with many equations.
