Problem description:
LO 3.5.x does not open the following FlatXML-file: file002.fodt (correctly
opens in LO 3.4.x and OOo 3.3)
Steps to reproduce:
1. File\Open
2. Select the file002.fodt
3. ASCII-filter screen
