Instructions to replicate the bug complete with screen shots.
When editing a bibliography entry in Writer, if you alter the selected choice
of entry to edit within the Define Bibliography Entry dialogue box from the
drop down list in the Short name text box, then the data of the new selection
is randomly distributed around the fields displayed in the dialogue box.
WinXP Home SP3.
