Writer crashes when switching this document to Print Preview.

(1) Existing document. After upgrade to 4.4.0.2, LibreOffice Writer crashes
when invoking Print Preview on documents viewed previously many times in 4.3
and earlier. After document is auto recovered successfully, it opens in print
preview mode with no problem, and there is no problem with Close Preview.

(2) New, unsaved, empty document. Behavior (crash and successful recovery) is
same for after creating NEW document (.ODT) and invoking Print Preview before
adding any text.

(3) New, unsaved document with text. unsaved However, in new document
containing one line of text, after crash, recovery returns message:

"The File '$(ARG1)' is corrupt and therefore cannot be opened. LibreOffice can
try to repair the file."

After pressing "Yes" in response to "Should LibreOffice repair the file?",
recovery fails with popup window message:

"The file '$(ARG1)' could not be repaired and therefore cannot be opened."
