Could you please test with the Thunderbird address book on Mac? This will allow
us to see if the bug is specific to the Mac Address book driver, or if it in
some other Mac-specific part.

If one "should" be able to reproduce it in this way, then please do reproduce
it in this way, and attach the reproduction examples (the .odb file, a dump of
the address book used to test, ...).
