Steps in order to reproduce the bug:
[1] Open a sidebar panel on the right side of a LO window.
[2] In order to resize the panel grab the left edge of the panel with the
mouse. The mouse pointer changes its icon.
[3] Increase the panel size by moving the mouse pointer to the left. The size
of the panel is increased up to a specific maximum size.
[4] After reaching the maximum size move the mouse pointer a bit more to the
left.
[5] Move the mouse pointer back to the right. The panel is already decreased
even if the mouse pointer does not reach the edge of the panel. Expected:
Decrease of panel not before the mouse pointer reaches the edge of the panel.
This behaviour appears also if you move the mouse pointer to the right beyond
the LibreOffice window edge and then move back the mouse pointer.
