When the user scrolls to an area where the tiles are not fetched yet, new tiles
are painted. It is possible to see how the fetching / painting goes - from
bottom right to top left.
It should be the other way around - from top left to bottom right, as that is
how people read text (and can start reading immediately, instead of waiting
until after the redrawing from bottom right finishes.
