HASH value to compare against are found at the top of Info page for the build (this link for the 4.4.0.3/release build: http://download.documentfoundation.org/libreoffice/stable/4.4.0/win/x86/LibreOffice_4.4.0_Win_x86.msi.mirrorlist ) If the values match, meaning you were using a complete correct download, please reopen.
