The new 3D transition framework on Windows (see bug 45618) does not work on a
Lenovo Thinkpad X240 with Windows 7 64-Bit and Intel Core i3-4010U (Haswell)
4GB RAM, Intel HD Graphics 4400 (IGP).
The newest Intel graphics driver is installed.
I had tried it on other notebooks and the 3D transitions also did not work
there (also a Intel Graphics chip: Intel HD Graphics 3000)
