I've been upgrading Libreoffice instances for a while, but on Windows my
AppData folder had a Roaming/Libreoffice folder with both 3 and 4 settings.
Uninstalling my LO 4.4 instance did not remove the Roaming/Libreoffice folder
as I expected since it was the only LO instance on the computer.
I've seen other uninstallers provide an option to save the settings that is
normally enabled by default, but allows the user the option of clearing all
settings from the computer. As it stands, there's no way to completely wipe LO
from the system, since it leaves behind these settings.
