Hello,
First of all about the update.
you are right i should do that.
The only reason i didnt do that yet was because i didnt use my ubuntu system
for a long time and when i started using it again i tried to update it but
something went wrong. the system it self is rather instable and another update
won't success. for example i have a german keyboard and a german setup but it
still englisch when i write. but that not your problem. i just tried to explain
why i didnt update yet.

I figured out there is a hidden Format in the document which most likely
causeing the issue. i can not figure out why it is there.

i think this issue is not a bug but the behaviour of tables are not how i as a
user would expect it. it seems that table can go over the border of the
document or break in line, which then produce weird results. it seems like they
are floating object which i have to get used to. not how i would expect it.

I think you can close this bug or leave it for me when i found a solution.
i am sorry about it and appreciate your fast responds.
I try to figure out what is screwing my table and let you know.
