This looks to be a simple navigation-selection bug, that only appears after a
paste to cell is confirmed immediately beforehand.
Steps:
1. Copy any cell; paste it back; and enter to confirm that.
2. Press SHIFT+Down-Arrow.
Result: The behaviour of the [SHIFT+Down-Arrow] is not as usual; instead of
selecting the current cell along with the next below it, the focus jumps up to
A2.
Interpretation: It is as if A1 was taken to be the previous focus rather than
the true current cell.
