I was using the the previous desktop version of Libre Office and the Irish language interface was available and functioned correctly. An option to use the Irish interface is available in Libre Office Portable but as I mentioned the software defaults to English (USA) on restart. I have downloaded the All Languages version of Libre Office Portable.
