Repro steps:
1) Open LibreOffice and enable LibreOffice dialogs
2) CTRL-O, then click "Servers" and fill out details for an SSH server
3) Click the "OK" button

RESULT: No connection

4) Double-click on the named icon for the connection just filled-in, and (aside
from the name), the fields are now empty.

CONFIRMED: fields in the dialog are lost.

Status -> NEW
