string ids changed with capitalization
In the 4.3, i worked on the arabic translation focusing heavily on making sure
that the Tools > Options dialog was completed, but with the release of 4.4,
many of those changes and more have disappeared because the strings IDs have
changed and the only difference between the two strings are capitalization or a
colon.
It would be useful if there were some way to reduce the burden on translators
when such small changes, so they can focus on translating new strings.
