SETUP
* LibreOffice 4.4.0.3 (tested on master branch, too)
* Linux Mint 17.1, 32-bit
REPRODUCE
1. Create a new Writer document.
2. Click F12/Shift+F12 to create a numbered/bullet list.
3. Press Tab.
EXPECTED RESULT
The list is demoted one level.
ACTUAL RESULT
The list is indented, but remains at the same level.
NOTES
* Worked correctly in previous versions
* Sometimes the list is actually demoted and not just indented, however I am
not sure how to reproduce it.
