Master of new Bases, Help window is grouped with currently opened windows. For
instance I open Calc window, than open LO base. There are no Base icon on the
taskbar and I'm unable to click on Calc window. The same with help, in 4.3
there was separate white icon on the task bar for help component, now it is
tied to some of opened windows. This happens if I have pinned LO icons on the
taskbar.
If I have no pinned icons - I'm unable to run Writer (for example) if I run LO
Base (Database master window)
