Problem description: a subdocument doesn't get inserted after the currently
selected item in the navigator
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a master document
2. Insert a subdocument
Current behavior:
The subdocument gets inserted ***before*** text in the navigator.
Expected behavior:
The subdocument gets inserted ***after*** text in the navigator (the item can
be text or another subdocument).
Version/language of O/S : Windows 8.1/French
Version/language of LO : 4.3.5.2/French
