1) Moving and resizing slides on the layout doesn't make any effect, when
printing slides
2) Setted handout layout and default handout layout in print window differ. It
doesn't matter which layout will you choose, you are to choose it again in
printing window
3)Entering text to some text fields doesn't make any effect too
