On the Sheet1, enter some text in a cell. Insert Sheet2 in spreadsheet. Goto Insert > Hyperlink > Document > Path and select the current spreadsheet. In Same Hyperlink Dialog > Further settings > Text > input the anchor text. Click Apply > Close.
