When a cell with a relative or absolute reference to another cell in the same
worksheet is moved (cut & paste), the reference stays the same.
When a cell with a relative or absolute reference to a cell in another document
is moved (cut & paste), the reference stays the same with absolute reference,
but changes with the relative reference.
This is inconsistent.
