Steps:
1) Open sample doc
2) Watch images appear on page 1 and then disappear during document
repagination

Confirmed it happens on Windows 7 also with master, and sometimes the entire
image doesnt appear but only the outline of it.
Also noticed a weird behaviour that if i scroll down through the pages and then
scroll back to the first page, the penguin image on the page disappears and
another image will appear in its place and alt+tabbing wont rectify this issue
until repagination is complete. Saw this on Windows and Linux as well.
