Error in type formatting screen of copy table dialog
When importing a table from Calc to Base, there is a glitch in the type
formatting screen of the copy table wizard. Selecting a database field grays
out the column information section; clicking on a different field name selects
multiple fields -- see attached screen capture. I have observed this error in
4.4.0.3 release and 4.4.1.1 rc.
