Steps:
1) Open Writer
2) Type some text
3) Set it as Heading 3
4) Open style drop down and notice 'Heading 4' isnt there.
Expected behaviour: If i continue to use headings, the following heading should
be activated in the drop down or else i would need to go into styles and
formatting to
