Summary: Crash in Report Design View when adding text box with
IF conditional
Product: LibreOffice
Version: 4.4.0.3 release
Hardware: x86-64 (AMD64)
OS: Linux (All)
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: critical
Priority: medium
Component: Base
Assignee: [email protected]

log file with backtrace for crash with production database (split db)
Create a minimal database project, single table, no relations.
Create a report with the wizard, select all fields, take default choices
("next, next,..."), then modify report in design view.
Add text box. Select Field/Formula, click on "..." to bring up the Formula
window.
Start typing "=IF(".
At this point, Libreoffice crashes reproducibly.
I was able to reproduce this with openJDK 1.7.0 and 1.9.0, both with a split
database and embedded db.
