Open WRITER 2. Go to FORMAT -> PAGE -> tab AREA 3. Select "Bitmap" and then select any bitmap like for instance "Water" 4. Go to the tab TRANSPARENCY and set the Transparency to 80% and press OK 5. Go to FILE -> SAVE AS and save it as an odt file 6. Close the saved file 7.
