TESTING with 4.4.1.2 + Ubuntu 14.04

Visually, looks like we get the xor (blank are in intersection)

Trying to shift-click more than one line appears to select the entire object
(although it appears it only selects the chosen lines)

NOREPRO with 4.4.1.2. Application doesn't crash or have a warning. Perhaps the
bug's already been fixed?  Please check with this later build, and let us know
if it's still a problem on your system.
