Please provide clear reproducible steps as well as what device you are using. I just tested this on: Nexus 7 2012 Model 1. Opened multi-page .docx 2. Clicked the side button to shut off screen 3. Clicked the side button again to turn back on screen Observed: Document was on same page, could still navigate without a problem.
