Connecting the scanner (Canon LiDE110) via USB to the computer. 2. Open LO and create a new empty writer-document. 3. Choose menu->insert->media->scan->select source... 4. The value in "device used" is "genesys:libusb:001:002" and in "Resoulution (DPI)" is 4800 preselected. 5. I try to change the dpi-value into another value, but if I select another entry as 4800 or 75, the value jumps immediately back to 4800. So I can only scan in 4800 or 75 dpi. 6. I change the values in scan mode: "mode" to "Color" and "depth" to 16 7. I click "Create preview". 8. The preview is useless. 9. I click "scan" 10.
