Here's a snapshot of the present effect, based on a header. On both pages the body starts at the same distance from the paper's top edge, but only p. 2 has a header, p. 1 does not, so the top text of any kind is closer to the top edge of the paper on p. 2 but is farther on p. 1. I'd like p. 1 without a header to begin at the same distance from the paper's top edge as p. 2 already does. However, perhaps I'm using a too-old version of LibreOffice.
