Problem description:
It is a request at the time of the setting in Japanese locale "[NatNum5]#, ## 0
"to a cell.
There is a difference in the display depending on the number that is entered in
the cell.
Please unify the indication of the cell.
Steps to reproduce:
1.I input a number into a cell.
2.Choose Cell; Click the [Format] → [Cell] on the menu
3.In Dialogue[Format Cells] → [Numbers] → [format code]
When I set "[NatNum5]#,##0", it is displayed follows.
