            Bug ID: 89971
Summary: No user defined command can be set as default printer
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: unspecified
          Hardware: Other
                OS: All
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: medium
         Component: LibreOffice
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]

In former versions it was possible to define virtual printers as the the
default printer, eg. tools like "gtklp" and to make LO use ONLY this printer
interface when you hit the print button. This is no longer possible, now LO
only recognizes printers provided by cups.

Please re-enable this feature. It is much more convenient to use a front end
like gtklp for printing, than it is to use the LO printing dialog, when you
need to choose special printers or settings. And it also safes you from lots of
unwanted printing jobs, when you hit the printer button, but you forgot to
choose the right printer first.
