1. Use menu "Tools - Option - View" and activate option "Use OpenGL for all
rendering". Press "OK".
2. Restart LibreOffice
3. At startup instead of the interface will show a white screen. If you
minimize the window and then restore it, the screen will turn black. In this
case, the edges are sharper tooltips, but no text
disable OpenGL setup is not possible, because the interface is not displayed!
