Steps to reproduce:
1. A1=1%;
2. Drag the "+" handle at the bottom-right corner of A1, to fill series down
side.
Current Behaviour:
1%, 101%, 201%, 301%, 401%....
Expected Behabiour:
1%, 2%, 3%, 4%...
