The few icons on the sidebar (I mean the 4 or 5 icons representing the
different panels of the sidebar) are always large (I think) even if I select to
use small icons on the toolbars.
I believe they should change size based on this preference.
(Note that I am not referring to the icons on the various sidebar panels, which
are also one-size, since this is the matter of Bug 66876.)
