I'll try to explain my point of view. I'm agree with you, SI-GUI shows up a message for all the available downloads but I have a doubt in this workflow. When I configure an interface for downloading something and select the available options, I expect that the application downloads all the components that I want to download. Now I select the checkboxes but I need to wait the next step for being sure that all my choices can be satisfied and I need to confirm again my choices. For this reason I think that it's more clear to enable only the available options.
