document with blue background
I have checked this on windows and osx.
We have a few old documents showing this behaviour.
They are showing a solid blue page, if we re-save this goes away.
It appears to be something in the page background - I suspect it is a linked
logo with a broken link. However the new dialogue makes this hard to trace.
It still shows a white background in 4.2, openoffice and microsoft word.
However in the 4.4 line it appears with a blue background.
Further to this, if we go to the changed page default style, background, import
graphic the option to link appears to be permanently greyed out on windows and
osx (and prone to crashing)
