Since I mostly start new documents with the title, it would be quite helpful to get the headline as suggestion for the file name upon first saving. I can even imagine this feature to be useful in Calc as well iff the first non-empty cell in the first row contains text. To appease people who have concerns about this feature or who have a different workflow, it might be a good idea to add a checkbox in the settings dialogue so that it is possible to disable this feature.
