Frames appear to me an insertable item, and they are to linkable. However, the
frames jump between pages and they do not allow linking except after them;
never before. Therefore, when a partial page is left behind by the full frame
moving to the next page, one cannot create another frame before and link that
one to the next (original) frame that follows it on the next page.
Very confusing and non-intuitive.
