(Also see https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/attachment.cgi?id=114372 from issue fdo#86395) I would be surprised if I'm the only one that runs into this. The whole bookmark handling has been changed. For a good reason (at least partly, as far as I can judge), namely to help improving speed for mail merge with large datasets.
