Bug ID: 90296
Summary: SORT Menu/Data/Sort: Preserving the last options or
for defined range of data.
Product: LibreOffice
Version: Inherited From OOo
Hardware: Other
OS: Windows (All)
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: enhancement
Priority: medium
Component: Calc
Assignee: [email protected]
Reporter: [email protected]
Created attachment 114417

Sample file for test
For Defined Data Ranges, options for Filter are preserved, but not some Sort
options.
Preserved Option
Yes Case sensitive.
No Range contains row labels.
Yes Include formats.
No Enable natural sort.
Yes Copy sort results to.
No Custom sort order.
Yes Language.
Yes Top to bottom/Left to right.
Doing directly a manual sort with the buttons for Sort inside a defined range,
CLEAR the options. Selecting data range again doesn't restore the options.
I'm not sure if it's really a bug, but it's really annoying.
What test: Go e.g. to A2 change any option with 'No' for preserved for an
option listed above, save and reopen the file, option is restored to default
value.
