Indents and Spacing tab → Standard → Apply. 5. Change Line Spacing to Double → Apply. 6. Font tab → change font to TNR → Apply. 7. Save document (I chose MS XML). 8. Select All → apply Default Style. 9. Save document. You'll need to adjust the headings. Just going into the Default Style and unchecking “Don't add spaces between paragraphs of the same style” works, but unchecking “Keep with next paragraph” doesn't stick for some reason when saving.
