Bug ID: 90434
Summary: Positioning of graphics and diagrams
Product: LibreOffice
Version: 4.4.1.2 rc
Hardware: Other
OS: Mac OS X (All)
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: normal
Priority: medium
Component: Calc

with one line of the text in the cells above the graphic, display is perfect
If you are inserting a graphic (or diagram) in calc and setting a proper
position, it looks fine (Bild1.png). That's still the case if you are inserting
lines on top of the graphic if you are setting anchoring to cell for the
graphic before inserting lines.
But if you are inserting a longer text with line break above the graphic, the
graphic is not positioned properly, it overlays the text. (Bild2.png).
All my trials to
- change line height of the line with the graphic to the height of the graphic
- anchoring of the graphic to the cell or to the page
- fixation of graphic position (protect position)
resulted in always the same problem.
In all cases, where the data in the cells above such a graphic are dynamically
changed, you always have to reposition the graphic.
Same happens with diagrams.
